Return address  will be provided  to the customer after we are notified that the items is being returned. 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for returning item(s)

What's your return policy? 

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-gift card, code or an exchange  if item(s) are available in stock. Item must be sent back within  in 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork and Deborah"M (DM) perks). Items identified  as sale items CANNOT be returned. Please allow 5-7 business days for us process your return once it has been delivered back to the DM distribution storage. Deborah"M is not liable for any return packages that may become  lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when making returns. 


How do I track my order?
As soon as shipment  is confirmed a tracking number will be emailed to you  alongside courier  information. 

 


What are your delivery options?

Delivery options depend on your residing country, it is based on the policy of the international carrier.  Deliveries within the USA and Canada will be delivered at you door or mailbox. International shipments might require a pickup from a specific international courier.
